2012: a BIG lie

Many Mayans and scientists insist that 2012 is not the end of the world. It started as a internet lie that spread all over the country. Many people have fallen for this lie. "This is scaring alot of people including kids" said a teacher from a elementary school. A fourth grader heard about this and got very scared in her class. The Mayan calender goes past 2012. Infact it goes to dates up to 4997. Many Mayans today are annoyed by this prediction that is false. Many say that Nostradomus didnt predict 2012 as the end but predicted it to change the world in a good way infact. So the next time you see a show about 2012 or a commercial for the movie just ignore it. Besides no one knows when the end of the world will happen. Only god knows when it will happen and we are far from it. The world still has many years to go say experts. People for many years have said the world would end. They said it would end in 2000, 2006, 2008 and many other times. So the whole end of the world dates will keep coming and coming but no one knows.

Friday the 13 was the historic day that declared that there is water on the moon. NASA found water in the moon and they said it wasnt just a little but alot. They found what was about 2 gallons or maybe even more. NASA is not sure how it got there but it is water. There could be more that we dont even know about says some experts but for now we have proof that there is. Just a while ago NASA's rover "spirit' found life on mars. The image looks like a young lady waiting for a bus says experts. The image looks like a green human just sitting on a rock.The universe is full of things we dont know about but still can discover in the near future. So do you beleive there is life on other planets and if we could live on the moon?

Favorite tv show extra credit

My favorite tv show is called Nitro Circus and its about motocross (dirt bike racing). It can be related to science because in the show they do stunts. The show can relate to science because they need to know how high to go in a jump. The show can also relate to science because they need to know the weight of the dirt bike and its density to see how high the bike can go in the air so they dont fall and crash.
