Everyone knows about video games and almost everyone plays them at some point. People throughout the history of video games have judged people who play them as lazy, inept and socially awkward but lately research shows different. Instead of burning brain cells playing video games usually you build them instead. Research has shown that video games can make you smarter in more ways than one. The person who is playing the game is actually learning decision making skills, teamwork, job training and hands on experience. Playing a video game gives you the encouragement to keep trying to reach whatever your goal is not only in the game but life. A great example for teamwork would be the game "World of Warcraft" because it is a game in which you and other players come together to reach one common goal. Research also shows it doesnt hurt to exercise and study but playing video games is a great way to exercise your mind. In fact video games have been used at universities in recent years in order for students to learn and the technique of learning has been spread over the country. In my opinion its a great way to learn and can teach you alot of things usually you would think couldnt. Its a great impact on the world and we can use it to our advantage for not only enjoyment but for learning.
